Demechiona Gray

Demechiona “Nikki” Gray, LCSW is the Clinical Director for Avery’s House Fountain Hills Residential and Shea PHP. Nikki holds a Master’s in Social Work as well as a specialized certificate in Child Welfare and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology.

Nikki has a deep commitment to advancing behavioral health services through compassionate leadership, clinical excellence, and strategic innovation. With over a decade of experience in mental health care and program administration, she brings a rich blend of clinical acumen and operational expertise to her role at Avery’s House. Through her previous leadership roles, she honed her commitment to quality improvement, client-centered care, and dedicated care that allows for seamless transitions back down the continuum.

Nikki believes that no matter what level of care you enter treatment, you deserve customer-oriented experience that inspires you and your family to keep going and that things can and will get better. Nikki lives in Chandler with her husband. She is a huge track & field fanatic, and she will always stop and talk shop with you about the Olympics, sports, travel, or good food.
